Welcome to our world of smoky flavors! We are a family that loves food and cooking. Our kitchen is always buzzing with activity as we create a variety of dishes, from salmon wraps to homemade ramen. One day, while adding seasonings to our culinary creations, we started talking about using the smoker more often.
That’s when the idea struck us: why not use the smoker to perfect our own seasonings?
The challenge was clear—none of us had the time to sit around a smoker for hours every day. But what if we could have those delicious, smoky seasonings ready to use? Driven by this idea, we spent over 150 hours experimenting with different woods, smoking everything from cheese and coffee to salt and cinnamon.
We shared our samples with friends, neighbors, and even strangers, gathering valuable feedback along the way.
